After carving out a very successful career as one of the top accountants at CIG, James entered the fray of public practice in 1985. His skills as a cost and management accountant have been widely used by our manufacturing clients to achieve outstanding results. James also specialises in the construction industry, as he has the ability to handle the delicate issues that are synonymous with the industry.

Having commenced his career in 1997, Pat utilises his unique skillset to focus on business and personal affairs management for small and medium enterprises. Pat specialises in business structuring/restructuring and high-level tax advisory, in addition to business succession and retirement planning.
In his spare time, Pat sits on the board for several private and community organisations, and he is passionate about classic cars and the Essendon football club. Above all, his greatest achievement is bringing 3 children into the world with his wonderful wife.

After growing up in a family of small business owners, including her parents who ran their own business until retirement, Ann-Maree commenced her career in 1999. Ann-Maree assists small and medium businesses by providing guidance in software selection, payroll, business structures, tax advice, costing, and GST issues. Ann-Maree also takes pride in guiding her team of peers and watching their experiences grow over the years.
Outside of work, Ann-Maree enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling Australia, walking her dog, volunteering in community sport, and attending her children’s sporting events.

Naomi joined the firm in 2014 and became a partner of Babo group in 2023. Naomi works tirelessly to build strong relationships with her clients, as she helps them achieve successful growth both personally and professionally. Naomi’s clients represent a range of industries, including construction, retail, professional services, and manufacturing. Naomi is a qualified CPA Accountant, a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Tax Institute of Australia (CTA), and is highly experienced on complex issues involving CGT, business structure establishment, asset protection, tax planning, and CGT small business concessions. Naomi actively mentors her staff and the firm’s junior accountants to ensure that clients are provided with a team of trusted advisors.
On a personal level, Naomi enjoys spending time with her family, bike riding and traveling around the world.
